Just after my first show. It was about 800 people. I wasn't fired and I even ended up playing guitar on "Not Fade Away" for the encore. I was watching in the wings when Tony asked if I played... then threw the guitar in my hands and kicked me back out onto the stage.

We pulled the tour bus onto the runway to meet Miranda's private plane. It's not quite as rock star as it sounds...the regular flight from Dallas got cancelled so it was private plane or cancel the show.
