this guy can't stand up and dropped his walker..so I cross the street to help him and he is smoking...I mean his shirt is actually on fire and it's spreading...so I put him out and see he has fresh burn scars from something else...I tell him he needs a hospital but he also has medical tape, sticky sensors, & hospital braclets on already.
